Austin Khisa

Austin is nine years old and in the third grade at Pathfinder Academy. He lives with his mother who runs a kiosk selling mangoes at the local market. Austin’s favorite subject in school is math and he wishes to be a pilot when he grows up so that he can see more of his country and take passengers to see new places. His hobbies include playing soccer and helping his mother at home with chores such as fetching water. Austin needs to find a sponsor in order to continue schooling as his mother earns barely $1 a day selling mangoes and cannot afford to pay her children’s school fees.
