Emmanuel Makohka

Emmanuel is four years old and is in pre-school at Pathfinder Academy. He has three older sisters - Nolene, Forstene and Valentine – whom all attend Pathfinder. His parents sell jericans at a stall in the local market and earn about $1 a day making it impossible for them to pay all four children’s school fees. Emmanuel loves school and his favorite subject is English. He wishes to own a stall at a market like his parents when he grows up. Outside of school, he enjoys playing soccer with his friends and attending church with his family.
