Juliana Mboya

 
Juliana is nine years old and in the third grade at Pathfinder Academy. She lives with her mother who works as a “boda” driver, carrying passengers on the back of her bicycle. She wishes to be an engineer when she grows up because she enjoys math and wants to earn enough money that she can help her mother. Juliana also enjoys studying Kiswahili at school and loves to read in her free time.
